YOGA SPOT by FLAT06. is a Yoga Studio based in Bangka raya, South Jakarta. We are the first and only hotel in Jakarta that offers Yoga Space. This is the place to get healthier and fit, while sweating and smiling!

Because fitness center / gym is become standard in a hotel, we try something little bit different to give our guest closer with the nature. Now we are proud to say that we created that space for everyone to come and enjoy it.

Nowadays life is very busy. No one has time to pause and feel relax. We were born to bring a slow pace back into the city. We pause to connect to Nature's rhythm in between the stress of modern life. Yoga is the perfect technique that will help you to reconnect with who you are, to recover your spiritual balance and your body strength

We are in love with what yoga stands for. We believe in ancient wisdom and we believe that our power comes from within and thrives in silence. That's why we created the space, for all of us to have a place where being in silence it's the trend and enjoying a well chatted cup of tea is our hobby.
